DESIGN CHALLENGE: This client gave us the important request to make sure their diverse employee population was represented throughout the guide, along with clear and interactive messaging. We worked closely with the client to design and deliver creative concepts for the guide cover and internal layouts. We ultimately created one of our most well-received guides. Beautiful, elegant, and powerful at the same time. Within the interior of the guide their visual message is continued. The adoption of blue callout boxes, bold headlines, and effective white space lead to a successful guide. Due to the large amount of information included within the guide, white space became the means in which we could best allow the reader to engage with the content. In addition, the client determined early on that the guide should be interactive. This allowed us to design a horizontal piece. Doing so gave the user the ability to quickly navigate through the content at the pace and path of their choosing.
