DESIGN CHALLENGE: ConAm believes that a healthy lifestyle is critical to happiness and wanted to communicate that to their employees. We were able to meet that design objective by viewer engagement through beautiful photography and a bright, active color scheme. We created a layout that told a story for each the subjects that were covered. Each topic had its own look and feel which created visual separation from subject to subject. One of the key components of this design's success was the placement and notation of icons throughout the guide. The use of icons provided a pinpoint placement in the guide and instant subject recognition on the viewer's part. The client expressed complete satisfaction with the fact that the design worked well to highlight each benefit element in a detailed and interesting way.
